These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Katyahorizon LLC website, located at katyahorizon.com, and your booking or participation in astrology consultations and related services offered by Katyahorizon LLC (“Katyahorizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, booking a consultation, making a payment, or participating in a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or book our services.

1. ABOUT KATYAHORIZON LLC

Katyahorizon LLC provides Traditional Vedic Astrology consultations and related educational and spiritual guidance.

Our consultations are based on the traditional principles and practices of Vedic Astrology (Jyotiṣa).

Services may include:

Initial Vedic Astrology Consultation
Birth Chart Analysis & Interpretation
Life Transition and Direction consultations
Muhurta (auspicious timing)

2. PURPOSE OF ASTROLOGY CONSULTATIONS

A consultation is intended to provide traditional Vedic Astrology interpretation, insight, education, and personal guidance.

During a consultation, we may discuss:

Astrology is an interpretive practice. Information provided during a consultation represents an astrological interpretation based on the information and circumstances available at the time.

Astrological interpretations are not guarantees of future events or outcomes.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Katyahorizon LLC does not guarantee that an astrological consultation will result in any particular outcome.

We do not guarantee:

That a predicted event will occur
That an event will occur at a particular time
That a relationship will develop or continue
That a relationship will end
That a particular career or business outcome will occur
That a financial outcome will occur
That a health outcome will occur
That a particular decision will produce a desired result
That a Muhurta will guarantee the success of an event
That a Prashna consultation will produce a particular outcome

Astrological guidance should be understood as an interpretive framework rather than a promise or prediction of a guaranteed result.

4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, choices, and results.

A consultation is intended to provide information and perspective. It does not make decisions for you.

You should consider your own circumstances, judgment, values, responsibilities, and other appropriate sources of information before making significant decisions.

Katyahorizon LLC does not assume responsibility for decisions made by a client based on information discussed during a consultation.

5. NOT MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

Vedic Astrology consultations are not a substitute for professional advice.

Katyahorizon LLC does not provide:

Medical diagnosis or treatment
Mental health diagnosis or treatment
Psychotherapy
Legal advice
Financial or investment advice
Tax advice
Insurance advice
Professional accounting advice
Licensed business or professional advice

Astrological information should not be used to diagnose or treat a medical or mental health condition.

Clients should consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional matters.

Clients should not stop, change, or delay prescribed medical treatment based on information received during an astrology consultation.

6. BIRTH CHART CONSULTATIONS

Birth Chart Analysis & Interpretation is based on the birth information supplied by the client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Birth date
Birth time
Birth location
Any additional information requested for the consultation

The accuracy of a birth chart depends on the accuracy of the information provided.

If the birth time is unknown or uncertain, certain astrological calculations and interpretations may be limited.

Katyahorizon LLC is not responsible for errors in an astrological interpretation resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

If corrected birth information becomes available after a consultation, additional analysis may require a separate consultation.

7. INITIAL CONSULTATION

The Initial Consultation is intended to establish a foundation for the client’s astrological work.

Depending on the consultation description, the Initial Consultation may include an overview of the birth chart, significant life themes, planetary influences, timing, and areas for further exploration.

Because each consultation has a defined time limit, it may not be possible to address every area of a birth chart in detail.

The client may schedule additional consultations when more detailed analysis is desired.

8. ONGOING CLIENT CONSULTATIONS

Katyahorizon LLC may provide ongoing guidance to clients who have completed an Initial Consultation.

Ongoing consultations may address:

Current life circumstances
Life transitions
Timing
Important decisions
Birth chart developments
Muhurta
Prashna Astrology
Relationship matters
Other topics appropriate to the client’s ongoing work

Unless specifically stated in the service description, ongoing consultation services do not include unlimited email, text, telephone, or messaging support between appointments.

Additional questions or analysis may require a separate consultation.

9. MUHURTA CONSULTATIONS

Muhurta is the traditional Vedic Astrology practice of evaluating or selecting auspicious timing for an activity or event.

Depending on the service offered, Muhurta consultations may relate to events such as:

Marriage
Starting a business
Beginning an important undertaking
Moving
Travel
Ceremonies
Other significant activities

Muhurta guidance does not guarantee the success of an event.

The final decision regarding whether and when to proceed remains with the client.

The client is responsible for confirming the selected date and time and making all necessary practical arrangements.

Availability of suitable dates may depend on location, schedule, event requirements, and other practical considerations.

10. PRASHNA ASTROLOGY CONSULTATIONS

Prashna Astrology is a traditional Vedic Astrology method that examines a specific question using the astrological circumstances associated with the time the question is asked.

Clients should provide a clear and sincere question.

A Prashna consultation is intended to address the question presented at the time of the consultation.

If a client wishes to address multiple unrelated questions, additional consultation time or a separate consultation may be necessary.

A Prashna interpretation is not a guarantee of a particular outcome.

11. CONSULTATION LENGTH

Each consultation has a specified duration.

The consultation begins at the scheduled appointment time and normally ends when the scheduled consultation period has elapsed.

Clients are responsible for arriving or connecting on time.

If a client arrives late, the consultation may still end at the originally scheduled time.

Late arrival generally does not result in an automatic extension, refund, or additional appointment time.

If Katyahorizon LLC is responsible for a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the scheduled service or arrange an appropriate alternative.

12. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

Consultations may be conducted online using the communication platform specified during the booking process.

The client is responsible for:

Having a suitable device
Maintaining a reasonably reliable internet connection
Having working audio and video when required
Providing an appropriate environment for the consultation

Technical problems originating on the client’s side do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

If a technical problem prevents the consultation from being reasonably completed, Katyahorizon LLC may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling or another reasonable solution.

13. BOOKING

Appointments are booked through the scheduling system made available on the website.

When booking, the client agrees to provide accurate contact and appointment information.

An appointment is considered confirmed according to the booking system’s confirmation process and applicable payment requirements.

The client is responsible for reviewing the appointment date, time, duration, and service selected before completing the booking.

14. PAYMENT

Payment is required according to the payment terms presented during the booking process.

Consultation prices may change from time to time.

A price change will generally apply to future bookings and will not change the price of an already confirmed appointment unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Third-party payment processors may process payments on behalf of Katyahorizon LLC and may have separate terms and privacy policies.

15. CANCELLATION

Clients who need to cancel an appointment should do so as early as possible.

The cancellation policy displayed during booking applies to the appointment.

Depending on the applicable cancellation terms:

An appointment may be rescheduled.
A cancellation may qualify for a refund.
A late cancellation may result in loss of the consultation fee.
A missed appointment may be treated as a no-show.

The applicable cancellation period and any associated fees should be reviewed before completing a booking.

16. RESCHEDULING

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment in accordance with the applicable booking policy.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Repeated rescheduling may be limited when necessary to maintain reasonable scheduling availability.

A rescheduled appointment remains subject to these Terms.

17. NO-SHOWS

A no-show occurs when a client does not attend the scheduled consultation and does not provide appropriate notice.

Because consultation time is reserved specifically for the client, a no-show may result in the consultation fee being forfeited.

Katyahorizon LLC may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Any exception is at the discretion of Katyahorizon LLC and does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in the future.

18. REFUNDS

Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable service and cancellation policy.

Once a consultation has been provided, the consultation fee is generally not refundable solely because the client disagrees with an astrological interpretation or expected a different interpretation.

Astrology involves interpretation, and different individuals may understand or respond to an interpretation differently.

Nothing in this section limits any rights to a refund or other remedy that cannot legally be waived.

19. CONFIDENTIALITY

Katyahorizon LLC understands that clients may share personal information during consultations.

We will make reasonable efforts to treat information shared during a consultation as confidential.

Information will not intentionally be disclosed to another person except when:

The client gives permission;
Disclosure is necessary to provide a requested service;
Disclosure is required by law;
Disclosure is necessary to protect safety, rights, or property; or
Otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Clients should use discretion when sharing highly sensitive information.

20. CLIENT INFORMATION

Information may be collected in connection with providing consultation services, including:

Email address
Telephone number
Appointment information
Birth information
Birth location
Questions submitted for consultation
Other information voluntarily provided by the client

The handling of personal information is also governed by the Katyahorizon LLC Privacy Policy.

21. CONSULTATION NOTES

Katyahorizon LLC may maintain notes or records relating to consultations for purposes including:

Providing continuity of service
Preparing for future consultations
Maintaining business records
Understanding previous consultation topics

Consultation notes are not necessarily a complete transcript of a consultation.

Katyahorizon LLC does not guarantee that every statement made during a consultation will be recorded or retained.

22. RECORDING CONSULTATIONS

Clients may not record, reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially use a consultation without prior permission from Katyahorizon LLC.

If Katyahorizon LLC intends to record a consultation, appropriate notice and permission will be obtained before recording when required.

23. FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATION

Unless specifically included in a consultation service, email, text messages, or other communications following a consultation are not intended to provide unlimited additional consultation time.

A client may be directed to schedule another consultation when a question requires additional astrological analysis.

Katyahorizon LLC does not guarantee immediate responses to non-emergency messages.

24. CLIENT MATERIALS

Materials provided as part of a consultation may include:

Chart information
Written notes
Educational information
Worksheets
Other consultation-related materials

Unless otherwise stated, these materials are provided for the client’s personal use.

They may not be resold, republished, distributed, copied for commercial purposes, or presented as the client’s own work without written permission.

25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content appearing on katyahorizon.com or created by Katyahorizon LLC is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

Images
Logos
Branding
Educational materials
Written materials
Worksheets
Guides
Videos
Original astrological materials

The Katyahorizon name, branding, and original materials may not be used without appropriate permission.

26. WEBSITE USE

You agree to use katyahorizon.com only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website;
Interfere with website operation;
Introduce malicious software;

Misrepresent your identity;

Katyahorizon LLC may require a parent or legal guardian to participate in or authorize a consultation involving a minor.

29. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Katyahorizon LLC does not provide emergency or crisis services.

Astrology consultations should not be used in place of emergency services, medical care, mental health care, or other professional assistance.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.

30. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This includes decisions concerning personal relationships, career, business, finances, travel, timing, or other areas of life.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

35. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims or losses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Katyahorizon LLC for matters caused by Katyahorizon LLC’s own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

36. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law remain unaffected by these Terms.

37. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

38. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the applicable consultation description, booking terms, Privacy Policy, and other policies referenced on the website, constitute the agreement between you and Katyahorizon LLC regarding your use of the website and consultation services, except where a separate written agreement applies.
